I live in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. For more than thirty years I've been starting things, both for-profit companies and nonprofits, and a few ideas that never made it off the page. Today I run ColsenKeane, a leather goods company, and I coach entrepreneurs through the nine stages every business passes through.
I hold an EdD in Organizational Leadership and a master's in counseling, but most of what I know I learned by getting it wrong first.
I'm a father to two sons, Colsen and Keane. I love working alongside my team, and I love traveling the world on my own.
